5 out of 5 hands down Price, speed, interface options gives win over others
I have to say I was a bit skeptical but I knew I wanted Seagate and had to be FAST, so 7200 says it all, for a MAC guy with firewire 800 and an upgrade path to ThunderBOLT!! 5 out of 5 hands down, price, speed, interface options give this the advantage over most. I don't even mind the Power Supply since the TWO firewire 800 Ports allow me to daisy chain my portables for great Back ups. For the record 51 MB per second Writes 70 Meg Reads Using Disk Speed Test from BlackMagic
