Arrived well packaged, with all necessary items and an extra dust bag. Accessories seem new(ish). The vacuum arrived with the previous owner's home map but it was easy enough to clear it out. If the app didn't show the run time, cleaning cycles, or the remaining lifetime of components, I would have mistaken this refurbished unit for a new one... makes me wonder why the previous owner(s) returned it.
