This is my third attempt at buying an Oximeter. At first I thought it was a little odd because of the way it fits your finger. It uses a boot type finger fit instead of normal pinch style. After using a couple of times I find this style and type of finger monitor a much better fit for me. I have large hands and the fit is great. With a push of the button you can flip the LCD screen so it can be read by me or someone helping you. Very nice feature. Its fast, bright and turns off quickly. You know what I was going to give a four star but after further thought its a five star unit.

Seems to be a good quality and reliable oximeter. Operation is pretty intuitive and display easy to read. It's a small device and uses a small battery (which may be hard to find at replacement time), but is easy to use.

I can rely on it while in motion. Clear and easy read out. Love the snugness of it. My first one just stopped working, and I picked up another. I am mailing the old on in to see if you can fix it. Even though I feel it broke too soon and you could improve on that , I liked it enough to get another.

This device is erratic and does not show the oxygen level. You have to take it off, put it back on and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Not a good or reliable device. I had one before that worked much better... the same brand and the same device but this one must have a flaw in manufacturing. Maybe it can be exchanged.

After using many oximeters at medical places with my finger right side up, it was counterintuitive to find that for this unit the finger has to be inserted upside down. Finally found out how to use it. It works fine.
