Overall, this is an easy to read book that packs some powerful information. If you are in a profession that is service related (self employed, sales, customer service ect...), then you, your co-workers and employees need to read this. At most it will take 2 hours. The last bit of advice is by far the best and can be applied to all aspects of your life for positive results. Skip the television for the night, pick up this book and you will not be sorry.
I loved how quick and easy it was to read. It was very inspirational. Only dislike was that it was about a Fairy Godmother and I'd have enjoyed it just as well if it had been a mentor person instead of make believe. Bought it because it was recommended highly by our Real Estate office. Great book for anyone working with public relations.
