I bought this amp originally because it was supposed to give you the old pantera sound as it was a mix of the old rg100es and a warhead amp. By itself the amp is very muddy, channel 3 sounds the best but you need to either boost the input or run eq pedals to get any serviceable tone out of it. I’ve owned mine for a few years and it never felt like it was working right out of the box, the red channel was noisy I hardly played it, than that’s when I started having issues. The bass pot started failing so I opened her up and put a new pot, next the channel 3 volume pot failed, changed that out, than the master volume failed changed that out. Turned into a never ending endeavor. I finally gave up after disassembling the amp 20 times trying to fix the cheesy built amp. I would have been happy with the amp if it lasted more than a few years and if it was built better. The designed by Randall made in china sticker on the back is the telling.Read full review

I bought one a while ago, and was surprised that when it gets hot it shuts off. If you’re going to play out beware. Okay if you’re playing home. Sorry to say but that’s what happened to me.😒
