Item was as described and shipping was fast. Would use again. Shipping @ 35.00 dollars is 3x what the actual cost was. It was packaged well in free USPS priority envelops and box. I am returning item ( no fault of the seller I just don't need it) and my USPS shipping is 9 dollars . Priority last I checked it 11.40. Charging 35 for shipping a package that weights less than 2 lbs is ridiculous.

Paul is super helpful and prompt. I e mailed him with a question and he called back in 5 minutes. There was a problem with the first unit and he shipped a new one out that day at no charge. I sent my original unit and the one with a problem back to him and he reimbursed my account for the shipping costs. I would use him again if I have another problem with a ECM.
