Our company strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee that the item you may purchase (or have purchased) is in fact the item described in this listing; as such it is in the cosmetic and functional condition that is described. If the item purchased arrives and is not as described, please contact us to arrange for said item's return for an exchange or refund. In this event we ask that you arrange for the item's return shipping with the same care (i.e. tracking service, insurance, & packaging) we afforded to ship it to you.
