Item= Plantronics BackBeat GO 410. Everything great about this transaction - and the product is the highest quality and best sounding and most comfortable - just didn't come with instructions so use Dr. Google to find the setup. (Hold the middle button 3 seconds to enter pairing.) At ($10) wow. I deserve a backup. They will pair two devices and connect simultaneously (e.g. phone and PC) - the only drawback is they look too goofy for host work in these days of dime-sized plugs.

I bought these as refurbs, which is great - you KNOW they've been checked to see if they work. I got tired of earbuds falling out and landing in places where I'd just leave them. Ick. These at least hang on a "wireless" cord behind my neck. They fit my ears really well, they're really straight forward in design, and the sound is great. They paired right up with my phone, and the noise cancellation, keeps the TV noise out. AWESOME!

they're comfortable and super affordable, they do use the older style micro usb to charge and the battery dies super fast... like a few hours is all to expect from these. otherwise the calls are clear and the music sounds great. just poor battery life

    Great performance a d quality for a good price.

    The design of these ear buds for usability, comfort, and sound quality are exceptionally good. For a price that, comparatively, does not break the bank, yet still checks all the boxes, these ear buds are now my favorite. Add to all that good the dual function of being able to use with a plugin cord for those times bluetooth is a not an option and these buds are a winner.

    Good heatset if u can fit your ear to it...

    Awesome product for the price...the good, audible announcements....quick controls....the bad....no magnets to secure them around the neck...no background noise reducer....the ugly...somehow the wires going into the ear pieces are so stiff..that it pulls your headsets out...so there is a constant force trying to hold onto your ear canal and a force acting against it...keep falling off my ears and I've not had issues with the cheapest of headsets...so definitely not my ear shape...

    Not bad for the price

    As a one way (receiving) audio device it works great. Does what it should do, however the microphone isn't the greatest, I've gotten a few complaints about it. The fit is fine, I did have to use the larger cups (maybe I have big ear-holes). Overall comfort is not bad. One thing I would change is the finish on the neckband cord. Becahse it is the "un-tanglable" type it tends to grab my clothes when I wear it a little, no different than the others of this type I've tried. For the price I paid, I think the audio quality is pretty good on the audio reception. A lot better than some of the low price BT headphones I've purchased in tthe past.

    Pretty good sound for the price

    Compared to other headphones like the Beats X the fit is a little less comfortable. I got a refurb unit, the newer one has different sized tips which might work better. These are larger than I'd like but livable. Battery life is just ok, but the charging pouch is a neat idea as long as I don't lose it. For the price, these are fantastic as a backup pair.

    Plantronic earbuds

    Shipping was super fast and a day earlier than estimated. Earbuds work great and look new. The pieces that attach to the earbuds to adjust size fittings were not included which is necessary to fit correctly. This disappointed me because they were to small for me. Gave them to my wife and she loves them.
