You may return product within 14 days of receipt. Product must be returned in new condition as received with all accompanied accessories and literature including the factory carton. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.
We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned.
Items must be returned with original packaging.
Defective products must be returned within 7 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, NO replacement will be made. For all product returns customers MUST contact us.
