No complaints about it, it turns on a bulb, it can go 240v, it hangs easy, it does heat up but not bad. Never had a problem with either generation of phantom. Been using for 3 years not a single bulb burned. Bulbs last a reasonable to be expected amount of time, the 15 minute reset feature is great for when the power goes out, which it often does around here in winter. All that aside, its a sexy looking piece of equipment, which is a plus if you care how your room looks.

Just to be clear you have to use a 1000w bulb, but it can dim to 600w, 750w, 1000w,plus more on the super setting. For instance, the 1000w might make your grow room to hot and you don't have a fan big enough to cool it. You can turn down the light intensity to 600w to cool the room till you get a bigger fan to handle the 1000w. Also its a good way to start out seedlings so you don't burn them up
