Returns are accepted 30 days from date of shipment only if the bottle has not been opened. Furthermore, the labeling and packaging must be in its original condition. If the bottle has been opened it is exempt from being returned. All returns must be authorized by Chemsavers. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns plus the price for the return shipping charges. Refunds will not be granted if returned without prior authorization from Chemsavers. Refunds will not be granted if shipments are refused at the time of delivery. Refunds and returns are not permitted on hazardous shipments that require hazardous material shipping papers (hazmat). UPS policy does not allow them to return a hazmat package. Please note that we nor our manufacturers guarantee our products will work for any application. We guarantee the quality of our products by providing a Certificate of Analysis upon request. We will be happy to answer any questions regarding our products prior to ordering to prevent a return situation for you. We have a chemist on staff and our sales team is knowledgeable regarding the general questions about a chemical so please don't hesitate to give us a call. Broken packages need to be reported as soon as possible. UPS will require a picture of the broken package when we file a claim for them to grant approval. They also require the customer to save the broken package for inspection should they decide to send a representative to see it. We do not make you wait for a reshipment of your order. A replacement will be shipped once we receive your picture. If there is not a duplicate item in stock, a refund will be sent promptly. Lost or stolen packages require UPS to initiate a claim. In this instance, we have to wait a few days for them to tell us what happened. Once they acknowledge it cannot be found, a replacement is shipped right away. Please contact Chemsavers regarding any shipment by the USPS that is broken, lost or stolen.
