I have a 12 year old cat, who's a bit overweight, and he's been having a bit of trouble nowadays jumping on the bed to be with us. I decided to find him a nice-decent priced- pet stool that would be sturdy enough to hold his weight. I decided to purchase this pet step because it seemed to fit all those criteria. I just assembled it and it's perfect! It took me a while to get the cover over it, but once I finally got it to fit right, it looks just like the picture on the box. Suffice to say, I am satisfied with this product and my cat loves using it already! It's nice to not see him struggle anymore to try and come to bed now!

My LeiLei used them very little. The steps were not to strong,and the cover was not a very good quality. Now I just use an old foot stool I have had forever and it works does great. I underestimated her ability to jump. Offered it to few but just ended up throwing it away . Still for a small dog it would work.

When I opened the box up I almost had a heart attack. First off it is made of this thin kind of plywood. The corners are so sharp that it actually hurt my dog to come down it. And the material you put over it is so thin, that I give it 1 week and the corners are going to be showing through the material. It looks nothing like this picture at all. In the picture is looks like comfy steps. I am definitely the type who knows if it's cheap than you are only getting your moneys worth but damn it wasn't that cheap. Well I guess it was...ugh. I just needed something quick because my dog messed his neck up and he's not suppose to jump off his favorite love seat. The VERY FIRST time he went down it he yelped. And I know it's the sharp corners. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. I probably cost $2.00 if that to make. I will probably throw it in the garbage until payday. I most certainly am not paying the $9-$10 in postage to mail it back. I still can't believe the corners on this thing. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!Read full review
