This product is amazing. I only have to use 1 tool now instead of several to style my hair. I was going to purchase the hairdryer at Ulta, but did some research and decided this tool was going to be better for me. Takes too long to use
It works fine, but my hair is so thick ( straight and long)) that it took forever to put all the strands in vs heating up hot rollers for 10 min and be done, am disappointed that you can not put a bigger piece of hair on it. I am too old to take this long with this machine . I will end up giving it to my 21 yr old granddaughter, who likes to and knows how to use all the accessories and takes the time with her hair. It is amazing technology however..

Incredible for Straightening or Curling my Fine Hair!
I have very fine natural blonde hair that's slightly wavy. On the east coast, humid summers are a recipe for bad hair days. I don't want to flat iron my baby-fine hair and damage it, but I prefer to keep it as straight as possible. I've always wanted a product that would straighten hair without the damage of high heat and the Dyson Airwrap is that "miracle invention" I've been longing for. With a comb and the brush attachment, I can get it sleek and straight without frying it to a crisp (like a flat iron would.) I load up my damp hair with a generous amount of leave in conditioner (my hair is very dry), comb through and then use the Dyson to straighten it. Sometimes, I curl it (mostly loose runway-style curls.) I bought those sleep styler heatless curlers and they were so much work for "meh" results and annoying to sleep in. The Dyson airwrap will curl my hair perfectly with the cool temperature! I can do my whole head of hair in about 20 minutes! The results are incredible and hold pretty well (bare in mind that my hair is naturally wavy and holds curl well.) In order for it to work well, I have found that my hair has to be a tad more than damp, but not dripping wet. I let it air dry until it reaches that happy medium. While this product costs a pretty penny, I think it's worth it. Being able to get professional results without the damage of a flat iron or curling iron, is incredible! You can save by buying a preowned model. Even if you buy a brand new one, the long-term savings will make it worth it!

Gift for daughter- arrived quickly and brand new sealed in white plastic bags (One with four accessories and one with the larger unit). Looks perfect! I will not be gifting it in the box and wrapping it came with, as shown in the picture. But the merchandise looks great so far!

Love it!
After trying it for a couple of days and getting to know how to use it, I love it. It actually becomes easy, the only thing to remember is that your hair has to be damp or actually wet.
