I liked the basis for writing, that people are imperfect and not always welcome in a Christian Church, when in fact we should be. Writer does point out current Church faults and how it doesn't measure up to Jesus teaching. However he does seem intent on "selling," his Gateway Church in Austin. He states that Gateway is for everyone, yet in his many accounts of proselyting people, they are all mid-twenty, college grad's who are employed by hi-tech hi-dollar corporations. Overall in spite of a well intended beginning, the book ending was not interesting. Far too repetitious.
