I love the Suunto Core watch, the digital display is easy to read in most light conditions. The menus are intuitive and easy to navigate. The watch case takes hard use without damage, and even though it is not stylish (its an outdoor adventure watch) i still wear it to the office every day with my suit and tie. Its too practical to leave a home when I am looking a real estate and need facts about orientation and elevation. Very handy. Also, I have VERY good experience with my past Suunto products, and expect nothing less then long life a good performance from this one.

After 2 Suuntos a Lemon Core
This Suunto Core all black is turning out to be a lemon. I already own 2 other Suunto watches and the Suunto Vector and X-Lander are fantastic watches. Never a problem or complaint with them..This new Core all black is hard to see the display without using the backlight most of the time but I knew that going in from previous reviewers. The biggest problem is the functions buttons stick after not using them for a day or even 5-6 hours. Once they are pressed the first time they feel smooth and work great until it sets again. I'm afraid one day soon they will stick bad and quit working altogether. Other than that I like some of the features Core has but the Vector and X-Lander don't have and it is a cool looking watch. I bought it online on eBay and I'm hoping I don't have a problem when I do need warranty work done. If I'm proved wrong I will be the first to reevaluate and update my review.

Not bad, but could be brighter display could be battery needs replaced
It's not bad looking watch pretty much what I wanted, note I'm not a guy who wears a watch but I like it a lot. It has cool features it looks good . But being not owned this before I got to say display seems not very bright or light . So I'm guessing bought new ...battery maybe old being it was running when received time will tell . An will no for sure when replacing with new battery. That's why gave it 4 stars. But I do reccomend this watch.

Simple and Reliable Altimeter Barometer Compass Watch
Watch works as expected. Watch needs to be off wrist for temperature reading to be accurate. Barometer and Altimeter use the same sensor. In order for the watch to determine the correct Barometric reading, the elevation must be entered correctly by the user. And vice-versa, in order for the watch to determine the correct elevation, the Barometric pressure at sea level at that time for that area must be entered manually by the user. . Automatic sensor mode was useless, works well on either Baro or Altimeter modes. . Compass is accurate. Sunrise/Sunset works for limited locations spread around the globe, I found a location 50km near me.

Excellent Tool Watch
Love the styling, size, fit, and features. This watch is super lightweight and really does fit like a glove. It's perfect as a tool watch such as when I need the barometer or any of the other features, but it isn't perfect in low light. In darkness you can use the built in light but in weak light it's just grey on grey. From my experience this is just a nuisance moments out of a day. Loren
