Microphone's not very sensitive
Not sure about transmit frequency range as specs are extremely vague. Sound quality is good, but you just about have to 'eat' the microphones to be heard... Definitely will need to make software adjustments "if you can"

Invest more money to get a higher quality receiver, I have buyer's remorse.
The adage that you get what you pay for rings true for this microphone system. It looks sleek enough when you get it out of the package, and it even comes with two microphones. Setup is extremely easy and we were up and running in minutes. The electrical cord and the audio jack cord are both short, so it makes it a little inconvenient to position the system. Yet ultimately it is about the performance, and that is where my expectations for this system were dashed. At 10 feet, at 20 feet, at 30 feet, the sound comes and goes. No matter where you stand in relation to the receiver, it just does not do the job of transmitting an uninterrupted signal. If quality is a concern, invest more money and get a higher quality wireless system.

They are plasticky and lightweight, but they serve the purpose if you want a cheap karaoke setup. The battery covers are really plasticky, you may want to tape them up to protect them from light falls that will crack then.l The sound and range is satisfactory. I have them hooked up to a 15 inch crate guitar amp.

Naxa dual Wireless Mics
I got these mics and right out of the box, there was trouble, the receiver seemed to only pick up the green mic. The red mic we had to literally touch the receiver antenna with the microphone to get it to work. That was back in Feb of this year. Now, in August, the green mic light comes on, but the receiver will not pick up it's signal at all. Fortunately, the red mic still works sporatically, depending on where you stand, and how you hold it. This system is the one you might want to get for your younger children who like to tap, or drop the mic, or use it as a drum stick. If however, you are doing something important, or even if you just want to sing party karaoke, I would not use this system.
