This is a fresh aquatic scent with a fruity undertone to it. It smells like walking by the ocean eating a fruit cup with fresh green apples. It’s amazing and draws plenty of compliments from both men and women. I highly recommend this fragrance to any young man or women who likes to smell fresh and clean and garner compliments from others. This is a fragrance marketed towards men but since it just smells fresh I believe it could be worn by both genders.

Ok for the price, back to Nautica Classic
Very light, clean, sweet scent. Definitely a modern summer fragrance for a younger crowd. Also a little weak, could perhaps use more bass notes and a little bite to give it a more masculine, versatile, and fuller body in general. My main issue lies in the longevity, 5-7 sprays lasts me for a maximum of two hours. For the price, it's just OK. Nothing special

It doesn't smell like you're sailing, or like fish!
When I use Nautica Voyage I feel like I smell very good, I have received compliments that backup my feelings. The name of the scent however is extremely deceiving! I first used this scent years ago... I purchased it with S&H green stamps. When I spritzed my torso for the first time I was nervous my natural oils would bring out a sodium based aroma... BUT I only had this notion because of the name of the cologne itself! Boy was I wrong, I feel in love with the smell. After a long day on the rig platform, just before my shower, post decloak, I still smell very GOOD! I also apply after my shower before bedding, as to smell very good when waking up... what a great feeling. I am happy Nauticas branding folks were so mindless when brainstorming over this hot product... because I think that those who have not had the pleasure of smelling think "salt" or "cross-Atlantic stow-away" , not "AWWEwesome", which keeps supplies high, prices low, and more ole factory good times for me... supply-side economics at its best baby! All this said - since Voyage has brought me such good feelings over the years and needless to say the scent ROI is almost a joke it is so unreal (better than any drug store Adidas or Stetson by far)... I thought it my duty to put this review into the eBay systems for those that believe in solid cologne due diligence. At the price you can pick this scent up on eBay from reputable eBay-ers, I can't image a better smell value. I hope this helps! -Male

Power House Fragrance
I spend my summers in the Mediterranean and this fragrance is just right for any daytime activity and almost all other summertime activities. This is exclusively a summer sent you will not smell anything if you try to wear it during the winter months. For a summer aquatic sent it really has lasting power, 8 hours on my skin. I rotate Nautica Voyage and Creed Silver Mountain Water during the summer, which is a $370 bottle of fragrance. The biggest downfall to Nautica Voyage is that it is so cheap which gives people the impression that it’s not worth much, and it has become a common sent that many people use. Lucky for me I wear it in an area where it is not heavily used. The man who made this fragrance Maurice Roucel, is very well known for making very expensive fragrances and it is recommended by esquire, detail, ask men and all the youtube reviewers of this sent. Some people say it smells synthetic (which it does) but just ask the ladies in your life how it smells they all love it. I get more complements from this sent than I do from my much more expensive fragrances. This is the summer go to fragrance for active people that swim, workout or do anything that requires you to shower regularly, washing away the sent you can reapply all you want without worrying about breaking the bank. Also, the fact that Nautica Voyage was released in 2006 and ten years later it is still listed in the top summer fragrance lists by most people that recommend fragrances for a living is a pretty good a testament that it’s a solid fragrance and it will make you smell like you just stepped out of the shower all day long. Either way if you end up not liking it, you’re not out of pocket very much.

great clean fragrance
if you enjoy a clean sharp citrusy aquatic fragrance that has great staying power but that does not break the bank then this is the fragrance for you. if you are new to collecting fragrances this is a good piece for your starter pack. also this is neither a young or mature scent. good for gift giving. not a niche fragrance or elaborate scent that many would enjoy.
