My Doctor wants me taking this and I couldn't tell you how many bottles of this I have gotten. The capsules are small and really easy to take. I have tried other brands but keep coming back to this one.

Good value for D3
I have no way if determining the quality of the vitamin, but it should be good. I believe the average dose for teens and adults should be 2,000 IU a day. I take the 5,000 IU three times a week as it is less expensive. As Vit D has a half life of over two weeks one does not have to take it daily.
