It works for small and new warts. I have never had a wart before in my life. I recently moved and used a uhaul and I think I stretched my finger. Who knows, but I was vigorously looking for a wart remover that works. I have only been using it for a week, but I have seen improvement. I have a ball point pen size wart and as of today. I noticed that the wart is becoming much softer and has not grown more. I was able to cut away a piece of the wart and apply more DuoFilm. I will keeping doing as the instructions listed and soak the wart for several minutes in warm water. Then try to eat away some of the access and continue to apply. Overall a good purchase.
