Great bargain wireless headset. Very stable in the ear, was concerned as these were the first of this type for me. Very durable so far and work well. Update 12 May 2020, the rubber cover over the control buttons has started coming away, still work fine, but not holding up like my previous model Mpow BT ear buds.

Nice, but......
Nice design, nice price, great sound until for some unknown reason it would just stop. Hit the play button on my phone and the music would start again., then stop. It occasionally just shut off completely for no apparent reason. Had to hit the off button and then the on button to restart it. Never had these problems with other brands using the same phone.

Mpow gives a lot of bang for the buck
OK The Bluetooth recognition and connection was fast. The most important thing to get started is to use the proper size ear insert adapter.I tweaked the EQ on my cell phone's player a bit and "wow the sound became impressive"! I haven't used them in a high moisture "sweat/rain" situation yet but so far the performance has been exemplary.They also seem to have a nice long run time/battery charge life.The hands free phone feature did not disappoint ether.I've owned mine for two weeks now and I've had no problems at all whatsoever. All in all from what I've seen, Mpow Flame SPORT earphones are well worth the money.Thank you Johnsid

Considering the price of similar products it is a good value although lacking same full functionality.
"We are glad to hear that this product is better than expected. Tell us why." ... that's not what I was going to say. I cannot answer above three questions because of only binary options YES or NO. I don't want to say NO but I cannot say simply YES either. It is generally well designed although, in my opinion, it would be better if headset is docked with head spring facing away. I am using it connected permanently to PC in office and connecting to my mobile phone. Autoconnect does not work on Android without headset being switched off/on. But then it need to be manually reconnected to PC. "(Re-)Connect" button would help. The base could include the Bluetooth Tx/Rx with USB connection to PC facilitation connection to device without BT.

Finally, a well thought out product!!!
Now this is an excellent design! All functionalities are simple and very well thought out. Many of these type devices fail in one aspect or another; either the basic design and material is poor quality, or the installed chip is of poor quality. Kudos to the engineers here; this design functions perfectly on the busy job-site or at play on the beach; hell, I go rock climbing with this thing! I sometimes forget that I'm even wearing it, and don't realize it until late evening! I've already shared this find with my friends.Thanks guys for a GREAT product!!!
