Men in Black is not an easy read because of the legal terms used, but is well worth the time, even if you have to double back to reread a section or get out the o'l dictionary. It dumbfounded me how politics as much as the law and the constitution has influenced the Supreme Court and how elected officials have manipulated the conframation of judges, to effect court decisions. Funny, I thought that would be against the law. This is a must read for every citizen.
Just proves how corrupt our Govt. is. Drain the swamp.

The author took the time to research not only history on the judges themselves but also provided many examples of case law. The author did an incredible job of describing how the justices' "egos" and their "judicial activism" have severely damaged this country by usurping the power of the Congress and the citizens its supposed to represent.
This book was very interesting and insightful. It introduces you to some of the former Supreme Court Justices and gives you little details about them that you are unllikely to find in their biographies. It tells you about laws and decisions made by the Supreme Court. Then, gives you reasons as to why their decisions were sometimes incorrect as related to the U.S. Constitution. It was very informative.
