This is a really good power supply for the price. It is small enough that can fit into a small box, if heat is not an issue for your application. Yet, as this is original designed as battery charging circuit from solar panels, its third pot (UV-Set) can be confusing and incorrect adjustment will cause the "Fault" LED to turn on and no voltage on output port. In short, UV-set will decide when to shot-off the system when input voltage below certain value. If you encountered this situation, try to turn the UV-Set to one direction and see if the fault LED will turn-off. If the fault LED does not turn off even after you feel "click" from the pot then turn to another direction and try again. Most of time, it is the UV-Set that caused the fault LED to turn on.

This converter is very useful in keeping a constant output voltage regardless of input voltage variation (Input Voltage at least 10V).The output current can be controlled as well with a facility to set an output voltage limit. The regulation is very stable Initially it was a bit harder to get it to work as no instructions came along. No direct thermal contact with the heat sink as I expected, But this PCB board appears to conduct heat very well.(Transistors do not get so hot). I have attached 3 pics herewith.

Good rating and can both step up and down. Has constant current function. Cons is that it has no display so hard to configure the various parameters. Need to attach multi-meters when configuring to see voltage/current. Best for uses where need to configure once then let it run.

Good product for the value. I used it to integrate in a DIY variable power supply. The current limitation control worked well. I recomend it.

Cheap, works well, good enought quality, would recommend if you need one.
