My inverter board had a connector that didn't quite fit the panel. I ended up connecting the leads from the panel directly to the pins of the inverter board. The kit worked as soon as I plugged everything in. Importantly, all the jumpers were set correctly. The finish quality of this board is much higher than most of the Chinese stuff I've ordered. The design, with multiple sub-boards, also makes it easer to fit into small spaces and retrofit an old monitor than with some kits.
