Bought this older product because the new version no longer support PCL, Apple will not license it for AirPrint. Only can use PostScript. As I had an older printer PCL is faster but has to be configured manually (the process is not made clear) but when configured, AirPrint works great. Don’t need to use it as wired printserver as it is already shared to all devices. I only use it for iPhone and iPad printing and for this it works great.

Well I won't say I didn't have problems, bought it used and I couldn't get it to work at all with my iPad or iPhone. Got frustrated did some research and found it needed a firmware update, firmware was crazy old. After the update, everything worked perfectly, AirPrint and able to network an older usb printer. Happy with my purchase it was well worth the money.

Within minutes my older non-airprint printer was accessible to iphone & ipad devices. I just connected it to the wired network and it auto-discovered the printer. My technical skill level is very high and I did get another "free" solution working that involved installing software & drivers on a desktop but I wanted a dedicated always-on no-brainer solution for family members and decided this was a better answer.
