Mr Skeptic!

I am always skeptical when it comes to what appears to be a nice product for such a low price but after reading the reviews on this faucet, I figured I would give it a try. I wasn't sure what to expect when I opened the box but I must say this product is actually pretty well built with a nice finish. While it may not be the same quality as the much higher priced faucets, i believe it could give them a run for their money. For $49 it is by far one of the best values I have seen in a long time. The only issue i see is the instruction booklet but thanfully it is an easy install. The water lines it comes with screw in and hand tighten till snug. I have had zero leaks so far.

not easy to install. water lines are to hard to screw under the sink and too short. your lines coming down the faucet should be longer to make it easy to screw with water lines.

Excellent value. Recommended. But installation is a challenge.

This product is by far 5 times better than products selling for 3 times the value. Hands down the best qualify for the price. I would love to give this product a 5 star, however the Cons below prevents me from doing so: Pros: Absolutely the best price for the product quality (100% satisfaction) Pros: This is a high end looking product with a very low price. Can be sold for twice the price and still be better than Name brand products. Nothing cheap about this product, but the price. Pros: Spray pressure is very strong. Pros: Spray handle and water adjustments are very easy to operate. Cons: Poor installation instructions. Cons: Hot & cold pipes (not the connectors) at the faucet bottom are not marked. The longest one is the Hot pipe and the shorter one is the Cold pipe. Cons: Hot and cold connector lines are short (only 15 inches each). They (each one) should be 20 inches to 24 inches. Cons: Cover plate is short. It measure 9.5 inches but should be 10.5 inches. Therefore, you need a second person to make sure the cover fits while you are tighten the faucet nut and the bottom.

Great Faucet at Great Price

I'm pretty impressed with this faucet, especially at his price point. Bought for my utility room sink, which I think is a perfect use. Although it is not very long on directions, it is reasonably easy to install. No leaks, sprayer works great- very happy with my purchase. Comes with all hoses, and a mounting plate if you need it (covers up the other two holes in a standard three hole sink).
