perfect little Keurig
Perfect little coffee maker i can take with me on my travels from job to job, hope it can take the abuse. it dose take a little longer to brew as it doesn't have the water reservoir, but you got to give up something to keep the size down. I curs Keurig as, now that I can have a fresh cup of coffee every time, i'm willing to pay the price for the expensive K cups. and I don't like the coffee from the coffee pot anymore.

Small footprint and easily fits on counter top. Only downside is that it is rated at 750 watts and takes twice as long to brew and temperature not very hot. Usually have to put into microwave to get proper temperature,

This product serves many reasons to have besides just coffee, cocoa or tea.
I have used the bigger models at colleges and family and like the beverages it makes but I personally haven't used this product yet, I believe the price was fair and bought it for my daughter for Christmas, whom is a junior in high school with plans to go to college, hence dorms / space/ no time for cleaning. I've since run into people at a place of business and seen they had the same model. Of course I had to ask, how do you like it? Their response was positive with the only exception, one cup at time deal "8 oz. reservoir". Of course I inquire about the other models as well and after hearing stories of "mold growing in the water reservoir in these other bigger models" due to the lack of "use or cleaning", I believe my choice for our daughter was the right one both economically and sanitarily. I have since recommended and bought another for a Christmas present for a young couple who just moved into a small apartment, so this fill fit in well with their needs.
A little effort and time, but the pros out way the con
Originally, I purchased one for the admin office as a replacement to a larger Keurig model that had stopped working. Colleagues were put off by the individual cup process, as they were use to the other type of maker and "how quick it was." However, I liked the B130 for a couple of specific reasons: the on/off settings and no standing water. As there was another Keurig located in the community kitchenette, I swapped the two units to appease the supposedly "on the go" or "effortless lazy" types. Those who now use the B130 have no complaints and like the power control, as well as adding the water when making a cup. There is no worries of leaving the power on or any water sitting in a reservoir for extended periods that the unit is not used, which does occurs quite often. Nothing worse than residue/build up on the plastic water reserve and such affecting the functioning parts. Also, why chance any pests using the sitting water as a viable breeding ground. I liked the B130 enough that I bought one for my home. It is coffee when I want it, or a guest does. The only problem for me is keeping the Kcups stocked.
Easy cup of Joe!
I bought the Keurig b130 Coffee and Espresso Maker after my previous Keurig died and overall I am supremely satisfied. I love the space saving size. There were several features that took some getting used to. There is a sensor that notes if a cup has been placed but it does not recognize a clear glass container. I have used canning jars for my coffee cup for 20 or more years, which allows me to add ice cream and milk to my coffee. My last Keurig also had a large or small cup brew selection and I always used the large, this Keurig only makes one size 9 oz max (small) so I have had to adjust my ice cream, sugar and milk formulation. Also this Keurig does not accept the My K Cup reusable adapter and many other adapters do not fit such as Café Cup. Solofill does make a newer reusable K cup that specifically fits the b130. This Keurig is very user friendly with photo directions on the front and you do have to do all the steps in the right sequence in order to get the brew light to come on. I have had it for a month now and am well adjusted to this Keurig. Luv it!
