Somethin i been needing

I have gone thru 6 lg head sets in less than a month this is light weight i forget i hsve it on the on down fall is no volume button but the sound is very crisp when you play music or conversate

Really decent sound quality, but there are issues...

I know this is a common problem, but the rubber wraps that help secure the earbuds to the ear cavity are a major hassle. You can't keep them on and expect the charger to work. And they tend to slip off during use, making the fit not quite secure. They slip out of my ear half the time on a 45 minute walk. The other item is that the sound quality is good, but max volume is nowhere near loud enough... it's easy to get "drowned out" but outside sounds, especially on a busy street. Lastly, I hate the app on the Active Elite model. I want an earbud that's waterproof and that can be altered for the sound I want (equalizer). This app seems it wants to be a full-fledged health assistant-- which is the LAST thing I want out of 'Active' earbuds. Just give me something simple I can manage the sound with... and something that doesn't fall out of my ear.

Great device ruined by poor audio

There is ZERO bass from these which ultimately kills the sounds quality. A big letdown considering how good the spund quality is from other similar Jabra earbuds. If you like a hey pitch "tinny" sound, these are for you. if you prefer a more natural sound with some bass, look elsewhere

Great for workouts

It paired perfectly with my iphone 10XR, worked out at the gym and listened to music afterwards for a total of 4hours after a full charge. Just needed to get extra ear fittings as the default one is a little too big and fit isn’t too snug, otherwise it’s just perfect
