The XPS 15 comes with a crappy killer wifi card. This Intel card is the same one the "pro" equivalent line of the XPS 15(Precision) comes with, and with a good reason. Intel is way more reliable. A good go-to. If you're thinking of switching, do it. Especially if you have any thoughts of using Linux. Intel plays much nicer with penguins.

The intel 8265 is fast and compatible with modern laptops. I replaced the Killer 1435 in my Alienware 13R3 with this and I've noticed a difference in stability. It was a drop-in replacement. Be careful taking the TINY antenna cable connectors off, I broke the connector of the old card off inside the antenna connector and it was a big pain to remove that.

Removed my current Killer Wireless 1535 card and replaced it with this Intel one. Immediately solved all my issues with my router crashing and WiFi dropped. The items were shipped in perfect condition, very well packaged and arrived after a very long shipping route with no problems.
