really good cpu for 69 bucks, better than some of the newer i5's for cheap. put it on a cheap dell 1155 socket board, with a descent graphics card has plenty of computer for everyday computing and added 12gb ram just reused my micro Compaq case, pwr supply and ata dvd burner with an adapter for sata.I went with the non k seeing it wasn't overclocked.I have built two other computers from scratch, this was a mesh of brands, beware of dell's proprietary connectors so I bought a dell fan cpu for $10 WHICH WORKS FINE and dell case fan zotac gt 730 2gb. I usually watch the news in my garage or other shows, football.I also have a Celeron g640($7) also great little chip just to run windows as a backup. had a lga 775 Pentium d, just the Celeron with 8gb ram on the new board was a major leap forward.Read full review

Processor arrived quickly; it looked clean and well taken care of. Got this for my work bench PC and handles my needs for it (YouTube, music, ordering parts, etc.)

Used it to upgrade from my old Celeron 1620 Socket 1155 - a definite improvement in video and audio performance, low heat (kept my old cooling fan) - everything one would normally expect from going a couple of generations up + low price and fast delivery.

I had no issues with it and paired it with my evga 1060 3 gig gpu for VR and it really makes it more enjoyable for vr.
