    Purchased RAM, and only sent 1 stick which was sold as a lot of 4 sticks. There was only 1 able to be purchased. Slow to communicate back...Tried to refund partially and then said it was a listing mistake. Should of sent the 3 missing sticks as it's only a $2 item. He didn't want the return of 1 stick, so what is he going to do with a odd number of sticks?
