Power RequirementsThis machine runs on normal 110 V household current. The power cord will run out of the back of the machine. No special adaptor or wiring are needed. We highly recommend plugging the power cord into a power surge protector since there is a computer board inside this machine. |
Warranty And ServiceWe are an industry leader, providing a one year warranty on major parts and labor. We have a staff of five gaming technicians on site to provide technical support, service or parts.
Please note: While some of our customers enjoy repairing their games themselves, it is not really a good idea if you are not very certain about what you are doing. Any work not done by Slot Machines Unlimited Inc. or its agents will not be covered under this warranty and will automatically void the warranty, unless you contact us first to discuss the repair you wish to undertake, and receive our approval in writing. |
Packaging and Handling timeTo ensure the safety of your machine we carefully place each machine onto a pallet, we then bubble wrap, shrink-wrap and apply extra padding and cardboard to properly secure the safe delivery of your machine. Once an order is placed please allow 7-10 business day turnaround time until shipping. |
ShippingWe cannot ship to every state due to legal restrictions. Call or email us for an accurate freight rate quote. The average delivery charges are from $175.00 to $300 depending on the location. If possible try to have your machine sent to a business address. On residential deliveries, the freight carrier will call the day before to arrange a 2 hour delivery window. Machines will not be dropped off unless someone is present to sign for it. |

Canada / International ShippingWe have an Export Specialist on site who will submit and complete all your USA Customs Export Forms, NAFTA Forms, and Country of Original Forms. It is also best to call for a freight rate quote first. There is no duty on American goods in Canada however there is a 5% GST (General Sales Tax) which which is collected by the broker prior to delivery or paid by the consignee prior to delivery. Overseas / Container Shipping We have an Export Permit for Europe, Russia and Republics, South America, Caribbean, Africa and even Iraq through the Jordan Free Port. We will prepare all your necessary export documents as well as the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin. We use BAX Global and SEVA containers. Both 20 foot and 40 foot containers are available. These containers will hold from 80 to 140 machines, uncrated. We will work with our shippers to get the highest discounts and pass them down to you. |

ReturnsSlot Machines Unlimited Inc offers a 14 day return on slot machines subject to the following terms; any returned item must be coordinated with Slot Machines Unlmited Inc and must be returned in its original shipped working condition. You the buyer are responsible for the return freight costs, safely crating, packaging and insuring of any returned item, and a 15% restocking fee. Once received, Slot Machines Unlimited Inc will inspect machine for original working condition before issuing any type of refund.
