I was expecting something really nice, but I was disappointed. First, there's no nice scent, in fact it smells kind of foul. Doesn't make me want to use it very bad. Second, the wax is hard. You have to dig it out with your fingernail, then, (per instructions), you rub it between your thumb and finger to get it to a consistency where you can apply it. Even then it doesn't go on smoothly. Basically, you glob it on and then rub it in. It does come beautifully packaged, though.
