Its refurbished, I got mine cheap and free shipping, came with keyboard and mouse also.I had a new 22" flat screen monitor here alraedy. I bought it cause my son was on my 1.9 GHz laptop playing Minecraft and other games all day. Everyone is happy now, lol. It has 3.2 GHz, it runs rings around mine, my 12 year old son told me right away, It's Fast.

Sleek, quiet, and fast!
This is my second HP small form factor computer. It's super fast and very quiet. I have a small area so it works perfectly for the space and it packs a big punch with all the features it offers like Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend it.
