Shipper was great, I was out of town when they called to deliver. They had to call 4 times and a week later the generator was delivered in my garage.

The Generator arrived quickly, new and in great condition. Started up with a touch of the button. I read some comments about poor power quality for electronics. I made sure all my sensitive equipment had good surge protectors. I installed a transfer switch, powered up the house and everything worked fine. We have all LED lights in the house. Turned on all the lights, 2 refrigerators. 2 TV's, 1 PC, cable modem, router, 1 space heater and operated garage doors. The generator coasted at about 50% of capacity. This was a terrific price and up to $500 elsewhere.

Handles
The generator is a good quality the only problem I had with it is whoever welded the handle brackets on has put all the weld on the bracket when I picked up the welder with a handle of course it come right off the auto idle works if you pick up on The Wire seems to be no broken wires are loose wires but doesn't work on its own unless you pick up the wires

easy intallation and ran great when it was needed
Followed the easy installation requirements, start up was instant, ran great, lost power to the house for 4.5 hours. Generator handled the entire 3400 square foot home. It is loud, but most generators are.

Great whole house generator
Hooked it up when I got it. Powered the furnace and everything else in the home with only using half power. Did not try with the washer or dryer however. But 2 fridges, one freezer, tv, everything was working. A little loud, but it’s a generator. Came perfectly packed. Did lots of research and bought a generator from a generator company.
