I’ve tried many different brands of bar tape and I find Fizik the best, unrelated to the price. It feels like leather in my hand and it cleans easier than any I’ve found when you choose a color other than black. It can easily be reused, so you can unwrap and rewrap your bars without replacing the tape. It has classy look that just stands out on the two bikes I have it on. When my other 4 bikes need tape, they’ll get Fizik.I’ve tried many different brands of bar tape and I find Fizik the best, unrelated to the price. I have used many different types and brands of bar tape throughout the years. I speculate long life and good wear from this bar tape. Unfortunately it is not very installer friendly as it is very thick and does not stretch as well as many others do. The lack of stretch made it extremely difficult to get a great finish around the bar curve and at the hood area. I would recommend a thinner version of the Bondcush.I have used many different types and brands of bar tape throughout the years. I speculate long life and good wear from this bar tape. Unfortunately it is not very installer friendly as it is very thick and does not stretch as well as many others do. The lack of stretch made it extremely difficult to get a great finish around the bar curve and at the hood area. I would recommend a thinner version of the Bondcush.
