Not perfect but better than hand sharpeners.

I get tired of using the cheap hand sharpeners that my 2nd grader has to sharpen her pencils. So I decided to buy her an electric sharpener. This one was a good price so I decided to buy it. I also liked that it can be powered with batteries. It's not as great and fast as the expensive ones that I've used before but it gets the job done.

Not the quality I wanted--wish I spent more for better quality

The point breaks easily while you are sharpening your pencil. Also, it is messy emptying the shavings as they aren't in a container, but rather when you pull the plastic cover off the shavings fall so you have to be over a trash can. I wish I had spent a little more money and gotten a better quality sharpener...you get what you pay for in this case.

Nice Good Quality

I got this pencil sharpener extremely fast, and I like it a lot, especially that it can attach to my computer and I do not need to go buy batteries. I sharpened about 8 pencils with it so far, and it takes a little time, but works fairly well, it depends on the pencil. It also comes with a little screw driver which is nice, and it is small enough to store easily in my desk drawer. Very happy. :-)

Lightweight, small, and pretty quiet considering...

I haven't had this long enough nor sharpened enough pencils with it to make a true accurate assessment, but it seems to do a decent enough job. For the money, I think (so far) it's been a good buy.

Ok but not great

Smaller than I expected. It sharpens but takes light, forceable push of the pencil to sharpen correctly. Seems fragile. Plug also seems to not always sit right inside sharpener and therefore have to wiggle it around or unplug-replug often.
