Best Smart Robotic Vacuum I've Ever Used

I owned the Deebot OZMO 720 prior to purchasing this unit and was not impressed at all. The 720 was clumsy and lacked the vision technology for it to be able to accurately recognize the house. The 937 is significantly better. The LIDAR system and mapping technology is fantastic. Once the robot maps out the house, you can set custom boundaries to prevent the robot from vacuuming areas with wires or fragile items. The built-in mopping feature works wonderfully as well. This has been a great alternative to paying a house cleaner often. The robot will pay for itself. Remember to read the instructions prior to using the robot. It is not plug and play and requires the user to read the instructions in order for it to work flawlessly.

Good and easy to use

Overall works good with good battery life. The antenna is bit awkward as it is higher than the rest surface and keeps getting stuck and hits at curbs.

Least noisy than the roomba, decent price.

We have a wooden floor, if you have a carpet, I would suggest you to consider a more expensive one mainly the 950 as it has 33% more suction to remove the dust on the carpet. We considered reselling ours when we saw the suction difference, but on a wooden floor, it gave really good result. Mopping and AI worked perfectly. We manually set it to do mopping once per week, but automatically clean 3 times per week. It took forever to figure out the on and off switch when we first received the deebot, we had to check a youtube clip for it. The phone wasn't an issue for us to connect, it just worked, many people claim to have an issue with it, maybe it's because it only support 2.4ghz router and the phone to send the password to the vacuum to connect to the router was the issue, no idea. Our roomba had a lot of hair and cat fur entangled in the wheels, brooms, etc... somehow the deebot seem to get a lot least entanglement, not sure how... I wasn't expecting that to have better result. We had a refurbished model, the phone app does show how many time it was used, it was only twice before, which might be the customer that bought and returned it, and the people that tested it after before reselling it. Look brand new and was used least than 30 minutes based on log.

Best robot vacuum.

Out of the other robot cleaners I have, this is the best one I have seen. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!! Most bad reviews are from people that haven't read the instructions. You must let it map out your house as it learns as it goes.

Interesting but challenging. Cleaning secondary.

The unit I purchased vacuumed the floor just like the other Deebot I own, but the mopping function was completely unusable. I purchased it as "refurbished" although I did not realize that at the time. Silly me. After spending about 7 hours trying to set it up I finally found the correct way to do this. Throw away the instructional manual which varies from unhelpful to downright misleading and work it out for yourself. Particularly tricky if you have two Deebots in your house and the network interface is a nightmare. The support is very good if slightly off sometimes. Which is a shame. In my case they could offer no support at all. Eventually after about 5 hours use the deebot just started going around in circles bleeping that it needed help. I'll say. Great potential though and a good example of what you get if an AI writes your software.
