Been looking for mid-range dual fuel generator for quite a while. This one fits the bill and electric start to boot. Includes everything, wheel and handle kit, battery, propane hose, even tools for set up. Put oil in, set choke on 1/2, and started right up on propane. MAKE SURE YOU GROUND THIS GENERATOR. I used synthetic 10-30 oil, ran 1 hour no load and changed the oil, ran 1 more hour no load and changed the oil, ran 1 more hour under various loads and now ready to go!

Good Generator, Missing Parts
This showed up with parts missing for the wheel system. Worst of all was that there was no ignition key; I had to fabricate my own. The shipping braces shown in the manual had been removed, and someone had opened the plastic bag of small parts, which is probably how some got lost. The generator. itself, seems very good and runs fine.

Great generator with a small footprint
Packed very good, arrived in great condition on time. Haven't used it yet but don't expect any problems at all. The generator seems very well built and takes little floor space. Just what I was looking for with just enough power for sanitation, refrigeration and limited cooking in the event of an electrical outage. The duel fuel is a real plus because there's no residual gasoline to foul up the carburetor after using the generator.

Missed Opportunity
The Generator....So far it works, but won't power my microwave Had a broken air filter cover took several emails and calls to finally have someone say they would replace it, but it would take awhile because it was on back order MISSED OPPORTUNITY The most profitable sale is most often an additional sale to a new customer... add-on sales share "costs" and greatly enhance profitability .. So why was I not given an opportunity to purchase the Top Three Things that I'm going to have to deal with like brushes, batteries or other items that I'll most probably need to keep the thing working? The seller must know what wears out .

Started right up
I was disappointed when I saw the condition of the box. But, upon opening the box, the generator was not damaged. After installing the the wheels and handles, adding oil and gas, this baby started right up. We use it for dry camping and power outages, occasionally. It is much quieter that the previous one we had.
