Laptop arrived as a refurbished product. Everything works as advertised and expected. All the basic windows tools were installed and I only had to unpack the unit and plug it in. Whenever I go online with wifi, the other programs I might be running at the same time slow down. When I do offline, they work fine. Don't know if this because the laptop is used or how the unit is designed.
