Some disagreement between me and seller as to whether the monitor was damaged before it was sent as there was no apparent damage to the box or the bubble wrap, HOWEVER, they did replace it quite quickly and the replacement is in good condition and working as expected. For this level of customer service, I have rated them 3 stars.
