All the items are custom made to order and therefore direct costs occur when you order.
This means that costs are involved on our returns.
The up side of this is that making these to order allows us to offer a huge variety of sizes, colours and style combinations.

(1) SIZES AND COLOURS OF THE PRINTS

Colours may differ from those shown, depending on individual monitor settings, we could arrange a colour sample for you prior purchase. 
To make sure the size of the print is right, you need to check these details before purchasing. You need to choose your preferable size from the drop down menu, next to the price at the top of the page. 
Please get tape measures out and be sure you understand the size.

(2) UK SHIPPING 
----------------------------------------------------------
All prints will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of funds clearing, and delivery takes a further 1-2 working days, unless you choose Express Delivery.
If your item doesn't arrive within 4 working days, please contact us immediately to avoid the item being returned to ourselves (incurring extra costs).

Delivery drivers should always leave the card if a delivery attempt has been made and you are not at home, but we all know that this doesn't always happen. This is why you must contact us.

If you fail to contact us, there is possibility that the item may be redirected back to us.
If the item is redirected back to us, we are billed £12 for the return + the original shipping cost again in order to resend your print.

This charge is the customer’s responsibility if we were not notified on time.

(3) FAULTS AND DAMAGES

Please EXAMINE PARCEL for any damages at all before signing for. If you don't sign for it as DAMAGED, we won't be able to claim back from the courier and send the replacement. 
If your print arrives damaged we need to know within 24 hours from the delivery, we will require photo evidence emailed to us.
A replacement will then be arranged.  
There is NO cost for replacements of damaged in Transit goods.

(4) CANCELATION / RETURN

a) FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

Please EXAMINE PARCEL for any damages at all before signing for. If you don't sign for it as DAMAGED, we won't be able to claim back from the courier and send the replacement. 

If the print arrives damaged we need to know within 24 hours from the delivery. We will require photographic  evidence emailed to us.
A replacement will then be arranged.  
There is NO cost for replacements of damaged in Transit goods.

b) IF YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND

All of our items are custom made to order, therefore they do not qualify for the legal 7 days cooling off period. 
Sellers are not required to offer returns on such goods by law.
However, since we like to offer our customers a premium service we will accept returns of specific sizes of the prints only. Sizes 36"x24" and bigger are excluded from the return policy. 
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and 25% of the item cost will be deducted from the total cost to cover handling charge.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Item has to be returned in the same condition in its original packaging. You must return the print to us within 14 days.
