Great food processor
I’ve used the new 11 cup FP for batch cooking. On Saturdays, two friends and I each select a recipe, triple it and make enough food so we each leave with 3 separate meals. This food chopper is a good size to handle this.

Hopper is too small
The 'hopper' into which you put vegetables to be sliced or grated is shaped and contoured so that you can't put much into it.. This makes it necessary to stop and refill often. My previous 11 cup Cuisinart was a good 1/3 larger and made for a faster job of food prep.
