The best thing was I did not have to call for the support to make it work properly. It was REAL PLUG-IN and PLAY installation! Auto camera pair & network setup after just hooking up the ethernet cable on to the router. Very convenient. No wiring needed except the power cord. Some power outlet was little far, so I used included power extension cable. Good feature was strong night vision and 2TB hard drive. I could still record the high resolution video for a long period. I also liked the built in 10 inch monitor which was foldable. So far very satisfied. I'm going to test the system more and update the review as soon as I find out something else.

BEFORE MOUNTING ANY CAMERAS, I PLACED ONE ABOVE MY FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE, 1 IN THE GARAGE, 1 ON THE CORNER OF HOUSE OUTSIDE & 1 IN LIVING AREA. THEY ALL WERE PAIRED WITH THE RECORDER INSTANTLY AND HAD EXCELLENT RECEPTION, SO I MOUNTED THEM PERMANENTLY.
