Great Classis Game - Will need to put in some work to play on Windows 10
Awesome classic game. Requires some work with instructions on youtube and forums to play on windows 10 or to play without a CD drive. Need to be a little bit of a hacker. After purchasing the game, I used a No-CD version of the executable from the web and also used an application that runs at the same time called GenTools.

A great strategy game for control freaks
If you enjoyed playing when you were a kid with army men and blowing up their fortifications with firecrackers or water bombs...then you will love this game. Their are so many weapon choices and realistic action that you will find that you are hooked in a few minutes after starting this game. The sounds and look of the arsenal is very accurate. The fighter jets, the tanks, the jeeps, all of them have a feel about them that makes you want to dive into the game. I love the Zero Hour expansion as well. This sups up the original Generals game. Also, now their are some mods than you can download from the EA website for Israeli forces and others. Great game. I have been hooked for about 6 years now. If you like planning strategy and not just shooting everything in sight...then this game is perfect for that.

Can play again
Good game. This replaced my original disk which was too damaged to read anymore. The con of this and all EA games of that time is you have to insert disk one to play. That causes wear and tear on the CD and eventually replacement of the CD.

Excellent E-pack! Gives Generals just what it needed!
This expansion pack is really great. It adds on 30 new units, 20 new upgrades, and a few new buildings. There is also a new ability to play as nine different generals, three for each civilization, each with special strengths and weaknesses. This adds a new level of strategy to the game. In additions, there is an all new generals campaign. The gameplay itself has been slightly tweaked, now there is the ability to double click to tell a unit to attack move. There are also a couple other changes. I have heard that this pack also slightly improves the graphics, adding more particles to explosions, and making it look a little more realistic. I haven't noticed a significant change in the overall graphics, but I mostly play this instead of Generals, so I can't positively say that there aren't some changes in the quality of the graphics. All in all, I think this is a well worthwhile expansion pack to buy.

i bought it because i been playing these game for a long time. i cannot even remeber since when. the only problem i had was installing it on vista, but i figure it out and it was easy to instal in the end. This is a great game, u cannot go wrong with, and u will not be able to stop playing it, what i mean is is a excellent choice for those who like smart games, games that will take your time and it will take smart desitions for you to win, so call stradegies, dont know if i spell that right. . .jajajaja, well back to what i was saying, excellent game, i loved it since the first time i played it, will keep loving it until i stretch my leg. . .is a joke people. . .jajajaja. . .
