Tons of functions, amazingly light

I ordered this watch because of the barometer feature (I get headaches from changes in barometric pressure). This watch graphs the last 10 hours of changes in pressure which I find very helpful. But it also has an altimeter, a compass, thermometer, a world clock, stopwatch, five alarms, etc., etc. One thing they did that I thought was cool is in the instructions they give the different buttons letter designations and they made it very easy where is altimeter is A, barometer is B, and compass is C so not much fumbling around trying to figure out which button to push. The watch is surprisingly light for one that’s 50 mm in diameter so that was a very pleasant surprise when I put it on. I would highly recommend this watch to anyone looking to do a lot of hiking.

Typical Casio value in an appealing ABC watch

Extremely capable ABC watch. The tide and moon phase displays in particular are unique and useful for those of us who live on the ocean. I really appreciate how the time is displayed in most modes, and is kept accurate by synching with atomic sources. (Now let's hope the geniuses in Washington don't defund Ft. Collins like theyve promised to due). 200M water resistance makes this useable for snorkeling and light-duty scuba. At $160ish, it's a screaming value, and thankfully, it's not at all what Amazon would consider "stylish". Instead, it's a wonderfully functional watch that fits a man's wrist.

Great watch

As a person who demands the best from a watch for a reasonable price there is no comparison. A top watch for all conditions and easy to modify band wise to suit me. Put through some rigors at training but with deployment due soon will put to full test for 9 to 12 months. But confident it will not let me down.
