Replaced my old set of Callaway Razr XF irons with these. I wanted to stick with forged irons. They showed up in brand new condition. The XFs were awesome clubs with a great feel. The CF16s aren’t as forgiving, but they’re longer and more accurate. I’ve only had them out twice and we’re still getting to know each other, but I’m pretty happy with the purchase.

Awesome feel with these lightweight forged irons. Clubs have a head heavy feel which I prefer. Only used twice so far but easy to align face and hit straight. Hits a little farther than my Callaway Razor graphite irons.

I love to read reviews but seldom do I write any but these clubs are hard to beat. I've played too many iron sets to name and I can assure you that the apex cf16 irons are beautiful, great feel and the sound is music to your ears. I just bought another set for a backup and I just don't know how callaway can improve on the looks and when they are sold out you will never be able to beat the price for new clubs. Super clubs for super price and thank you callaway preowned (like new)

Just played one round so far but am really enjoying the APEXcf16 heads with Steelfiber i95 shafts. Excellent feel and straight flight with good height. Distances were as good if not better than the Titleist AP1 718's I was gaming previously. I was concerned that as a 17 handicap they might be too much of a player's club for my game but not at all - optimistic I can drop a few strokes off my index with these irons - they'll definitely be in the bag for a long while and look for the AP1's on ebay soon!

Even though these are a 2016 model, they still outperform a lot of current year equipment. If you can find a set in good condition paired with the proper shaft for your swing, you should definitely give them a chance. They have a large 'sweet spot', low center of gravity - easy to get the ball in the air, soft feel, good distance and accuracy. And, they look Gorgeous. Absolute gems. Callaway did a great job designing these Apex Forged Pro irons.
