Very flexible in the amount of diff exercises I can do. Very easy to add/subtract weight during my routine. No problem hitting muscles from whatever angle I want. Applies resistance thought the rep...a great plus!!

Manual is long but not well organized. Difficult to set up a series of different muscle exercises without a major change of setup. I am glad i did not sell my free weights as I often use the machine as an expensive weight bench. Hoping to find a book or video that will help me set up a workout. Seller helped me set the machine up otherwise the pieces would still be in my basement.

I love my bowflex revolution, but I've only had it for 3 months and have had 3 problems with it. I bought it "new" on ebay from a seller that has sold large numbers of them. The problems range from the internal pully components coming off the bearings internally (pounded back on with a heavy mallet), bearing wearing out on the rowing seat (living with it now --will probably have to replace soon), to now having the 20 lb resistance plates split in the internal ring that engages the plate. When calling Nautilus their first question is for a customer ID. Guess what. You don't get one if you buy it through a "third party". Nautilus claims that only "bowflex outlet" is a valid ebay seller. (doesn't appear to exist though) No warranty on a product that needs it and implies it has a 10 year warranty on these key parts that break. Plan to buy used at a good discount or don't buy it on ebay.Read full review
It was a little dirty with some scratches and a small tear. I just used a little American insight and wiped it down with WD40 and bought matching touch up paint. A couple cables were on wrong, I corrected . Duct tape a small tear . All n all I'm satisfied , original price is over $3000 .It's in working condition and what I wanted .

It's very useful. Offers a great variety of exercises in a compact albeit heavy machine. I bought manly to do chest and tricep exercises that are easier on the joints, though I now use it for pretty much my entire upper body.
