My wife took the Bissell 1132-A out of the box, prepared it for use and was giddy happy about the result. We played new hardwood floors throughout our home and were concerned the hot steam might negatively effect the floor finish. The opposite was true! It cleaned beautifully and left a squeaky clean feel and appearance. The only negative was a very few droplets of water left on the floor, which was easily wiped up. A small task to face considering the excellent job the Symphony All-In-One performed! We love it! Dean Hammond

Doesn't take away from the fact that it performs above and beyond what I needed it to do. 2ould recommend it to anyone looking for a steamer that can vacuum pet hair. Floors that have tile, cleaned the grout to original color and the hardwood looks amazing again.
