    I’ve been a follower of the Points Plus program since it was presented in 2012 but never had a recipe book to use to step it up a notch. The recipes are really good and easy to make. Marlene Koch is very knowledgeable and yet practical in presenting these recipes- -everyday foods that most people like to eat without falling off the program. Every recipe gives serving size along with nutritional information so even though a person may be following a different weight loss program this book would be very useful.
