    Rewind tool

    Great tool made the job very easy I like that you can use a socket aswell as some calipers can be a bit stiff. Great value for money still did the job for a lot less than using a garage.

    The information is to vague for a Ford or VW so many models!!

    My reason for not recommending this product was that even thou it said for a ford, it was not my type of ford and that's why i can't recommend because the models need to be show that it fits its to vague with fits a Ford or VW. As value and quality it would do the job.

    Didn't quite work out as planned.

    VW golf mkIV. The disc pads were so severely worn that the tool wouldn't fit (ie the caliper pistons were over extended so that the reaction plate was unable to be inserted). No matter; with a bit of brute force just using the location pins the pistons were able to be depressed. It was good value. It was well made. It just didn't work as intended. You could make your own and screw it in by hand as I did. Over all it was as cheap as chips and I got the job done. Lesson change the pads before its metal on metal, and it would probably have worked just fine.

    Bought this for a Honda Jazz rear brakes- worked well

    Bought this to wind back the calipers on the rear brakes of a 2012 Honda Jazz. After filing the two pins a little, worked perfectly. Used it for retracting the front calipers as well. It's cheap .. but easy to use. Good value for money.
